How to get a receipt for a tip

You can request a statement through the Activity page. The receipt will be sent to the email address that you have on file.

Where can I view the tips that I have received?

The Activity page of the app will show all tips/payments received.

Where can I view the tips that I have sent?

The Activity page of the app will show all tips/payments sent.

How long will it take for the tip/payment I received to show up in my bank account?

The tip/payment will take from same day to three business days depending on your bank’s processing window.
